Real Local RVA’s Urban Farm Tour + Party

Real Local RVA is proud to host it’s 3rd Annual Farm Tour. This year’s tour will feature four urban farms located in the city of Richmond, VA with the goal to introduce consumers to urban agriculture farmers right in their own neighborhoods, growing food with four very different missions at the heart of their work. Featured farms include:
The event will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the Lakeside Farmers’ Market Pavilion, where guests will board tour buses and travel to the above farms. Each farm stop will feature “tastes of local” where something from the farm is incorporated into a snack for the guests.
Snacks/drinks provided by:
Tour buses will arrive back to the Lakeside Pavilion between 5:30-6:00 p.m. for the final tour of Lakeside’s Tiny Acre. After the tour of Lakeside, guests are invited to stay for a post-tour celebration under the Farmers’ Market Pavilion. We’ll celebrate the day with delicious food and drink and music from The Mills Family Band.

**Terms and Conditions - Guests purchasing a ticket shall be aware of event rain policy. In the event of light rain/showers the event will go on. In the event of inclement weather the event will be rescheduled to the following Saturday, October 6th with the schedule remaining the same. No refunds will be issued due to rain date conflicts.
